During preproduction, our design team review the supplied plans to devise a cutting order and design templates to match up perfectly with the blueprints. Procedural considerations include:

 

   Component Assembly

Once the components are identified, cut lists are produced. Components include:

   Wall Assembly

With preparations made for components full production line activity can begin with wall assembly. The production takes place in two sections:

   Packaging & Delivery

Packaging is controlled by scheduling needs. Using "Just In Time" scheduling helps control storage costs and better control capacity limitations. Packaging & Delivery consist of:
